I won't be able to bro. I am a bit busy these days so I won't be able to put in much effort or time in to the team also this is my first season in NZBL so i don't wanna get relegated either.

I'm going to pull out of Scotland and have a go here. Considering there is no NZ manager. :)

These questions are to every candidate.

1) How are you gonna improve the U21 NT team?

2) What are your future goals for the U21 team?

3) Why do you think that you are the man for the job?

1) Good training, I will be making sure most high potential players are getting trained by messaging all the coaches. If we get these key players trained well enough we'll have a strong team for seasons to come.

2) See my speech :)

3) I have high knowledge on NZs U21 players, as I run the database and offsite, therefore I can pick the best players.

I am here to take a run at the NZ U21 NT manager. A little about myself, I have been on buzzerbeater only since season 15. Since then my team the Morrisville Ninjas have won a championship at Division 5 and made the finals in Division 4 in the USA. Getting better each year with young talent. My record last season was 20-2 and made it to the finals in League 4-26. I can blend talent very well, my team is focused on outside scoring and consistent inside scoring. I will evaluate the talent available to the NZ U21 team and make the best offensive flowing team with great defense. This could either come from a run and gun or if the best players are big men, look inside. I would like to maybe put a few 20 or maybe 19 years old on the roster if the talent is there, this way we can have players with experience in National team games before 21. I believe I can make this team a solid contender this season and would love the opportunity to manage this team. I am on buzzerbeater every day, multiple times, and would be open to any criticism or scouting help. Again I would love the chance to manage this team and would do everything I could to make it to Asia U21 Tournament finals and win it all.
