Yeah, given that he has the best potential. is the youngest. and you got decent alary guys elsewhere. I'd work him as an SG/PG

starting-wise... I'd work on his OD That way, when you play him at PG etc. to get him the minutes for guard skills. His OD won't let other teams kill you. I'd work his OD until it pops from respectable until its at proficient (9). After that I would work on... the driving/handling. That you could Pair him up with the other 2 guys you have, and do 1v1 forwards for. Also, him having at that point 9 in OD, and his 7 in ID. At SF he will be solidly defensive for you while the other 2 guys can do work at PF. Get the handling to at least inept. Before jumping him back to guard to work on either his Jumpshot or OD some more.

BEEP BEEP wrong. No offense but that is bad advice if he wants to keep this player then he needs to boost up the handling first or he will average 10 turn overs a game. Inept is also not even close to enough in order for him to be a PG and is still lacking for a SG. The lowest i would ever have a guard trainee's handling be is mediocre-average for a SG and average-respectable for a PG.
