My training for last Friday was pressure for PG/SG and had no pops... After the apparent training update, I changed my training to JS for wingmen... But then another update came on my headlines that said JS training was completed... But when I checked my training page, this was the history:

Date Training Summary
6/29/2012 Pressure for PG / SG

And still had no pops... So which training was ran for me? Pressure or JS? Kinda frustrated coz either way, I have no pops for my trainees for the past 3-4 weeks except 1 OD pop from my 19yo player...

It was JS (or whichever ran second). Due to a problem that was only detected and reported too late (after one day and the games already played), training had to be run again on some teams in the Philipines. I believe you were affected by the problem and only received training on the second run.

I would have hoped that we were given at least a day of notice before the training was re-run because games has been played already. After the bug was reported and identified, we should have been given notice to revert back to the training prior to Friday's update for at least a day, because not everyone logged in, between the time you identified the bug and running the update again (which was only for a few hours). Notice was given, but only on this thread and wasn't even announced on the news feed.

I have a friend saying that he had the pops for Friday and then he received new pops for Saturday evenings training update. Friday's pops were retained for him. Meaning double training for him. And may be some other teams.

Unfortunate for me, no pops for both updates. :(

same sentiment... i feel as though my team is not receiving training in some weeks... i've had a few consecutive weeks where there were actually no pops for my team... and last fridays update + saturdays update never got me anything...

What happened was regrettable. Since the problem was not reported on time (it was 20 hours after training update), I was not able to react on time. Therefore, games have been played and I had to act on the situation as I found it. At that moment, I thought it was best to rerun training as soon as possible. Now I know better and I agree, I should have given people time to reset their training regime. A lesson for the future.

If your friend had pops on both training runs, he must not have had pops on the same players twice, since players that receive training are marked as such and will not receive it again.

@Wolph: If we disclosed everything about training, the game would lose much of it's appeal. To respond on bug reports, we must have hard proof that there's something wrong, not just feelings. Also, I assure you, training has not been changed for a long time (since the last major update) and therefore it's not different from last season or the one before. We've had issues but they have been dealt with and the problems we're facing now have nothing to do with game shape calculation.

And yes, double downs can happen with level 7 trainer. Also, I don't believe I said anything about trainer level - skill down relationship at all. Please keep on topic.
