I think that exact measurements for the effect of ENT are hard to figure. But my experience suggests that each point adds about a sub-level to defensive team ratings. And then Effort adds about a sub-level to offensive team ratings. But if you're looking for a translation of that into points per game, I don't think that's possible because it'll effect all teams differently.
