Be patient with things. The best thing to do as a member in large country lower divisions is just be patient. Get some decent mid range potential guys for cheap on the TL. Perr All Star is plenty all the way to D3. Train those guys and let your team get better through their development. Use the cash you make to expand your arena. Your team will naturally promote all the way to D3 when it is ready.

^^^This is my advice as well.

You're the best team in your league, however there is no sure fire way to promote. Worrying about it before hand will kill you, just put your A team forward and watch it happen. Either you'll win the playoffs or else something odd will happen and you still promote due to bot cleanup.

As much money as you'd be dropping on that SG and the age he'll be at by the time you can finally afford that player, it'd be a complete waste. Plus he looks over priced, just saying.

You'd have better luck just saving up and looking for a 20-25 year old next season that'll really help your team for a LONG time.

ok, but he'd have to have more than 20k salary, which is gonna be really hard to get you know, 800k bids there, by that time I'll be stuck in a bot filled D5

then promote to D4 and probably stay there a couple of seasons then go to D3...........

also if I end out of D4, I'll scout and get a MVP trainee (preferably a C) train.....also younger players=higher demand, which means I want a 24-27 yr old then that can do for 5 seasons.........(if he's 27) or 8 seasons (if he's 24) that's my strategy, but how many people liek that go for less than 600k? 0

they go for 800+k sometimes in millions so that is why this guy could fit my bill and lasgt for 4-5 seasons.........

it's real competitive. 1 team got a 75k monster. My great 8 is one of the toughest D5 places to get out of. Look at the top 4...

1. Mountain Eagles: MY team is a balanced type passing team, that has players that can shoot from all positions now. My 6th Man also has characteristics of a starter. My team scores a lot that they rout other teams by 50+. I got good defense. Coleman has nine. Forjaz 10, Maximum 9/11 Johnson 7 (My weak link when it comes to Defense) and Catandil 10. So my team is good enough to promote.

2. Bode-Diggity Dogs: A team built around former NT Guy Henrik Buer. If he has great GS, you better put a person with 10+OD on him. can pass the ball too. MVP canidate. Also has players that produce such as Donnie Keating, Sean Rossales, and stupid NT prospect Brian J. attack from outside a lot.

3. Chicago Scrappers: A good team who only buys great players. Has a 32k C (which Coleman was able to stop nicely) and 27k SF/SG. (Who we're almost NOT able to stop) also has Harri Kesonen, a good guy that produces. and Gavan. Everyone else is total rubbish so they don't got depth and they CT now just to NOT face me.

4. 76ersss: HAs PF Pasqual Cirana who can score a lot and is the enter point of the team. He can score, and the team also has a scotish 22k C that could do some damage. rest of the team is OK but sometimes they have some problems. Also was the first team I had to play in OT with (Double OT to be exact)

Now the Big 8 is a two team race then the 4th seed got a 50k monster
1. CRF Flamengo: Dangerous enthusiam, it worries me see they just got a 18k SG for only 80k. which is bad. also got NT prospect ezra prather and Jorge Carlos Portabeles. his team looks scary and I'm afraid that I wont promote winning way (which would crash any chances off sustaining a good fan base >:()

2. DDD (Dundalk DoubleDribblers) no big threat just some 8-9k players and actually does good.

3. Demographers. A guy I'm mentoring a little to beat DDD. and try to stun CRF so I can win the league.

4. the hawks. 50k player. not good.

My threat is CRF and they scare me. They can actually beat me and that's the bad part. They're just good. I worry that if I don't win the league that'll want me to win a D5 league right, thus me "tanking" out of D4........I want to win D5 right, not through bot cleanup, if a BB is here listening. If I don''t win D5, I don't want promotion, if you ain't first your last, and that's what I want. to be 1st. not 2nd.

I know, "Defense wins championships." let's see, Conry got 4 OD, but I'm training bigs, so I guess it's bad, but at least he doesn't play many minutes....well got mostly good OD/ID, thats why I allow only 72 PPG

You don't need a 20K+ monster, especially not a PG, SG or even SF. All of which can be bought at a young age (20-25) a LOT cheaper than 900K-1 Mil. You don't need a LeBron James type player to make it out of D.V. You just need a supporting cast strong enough to run a good offense and defense. Also Gameshape/Enthusiasm management is critical.

I promoted out of D.V against better and higher salaried teams. My most expensive player was a 12K SF... I made it because of a great offense/okay defense, good Gameshape and high Enthusiasm.
