I wasn't talking about the two wins for the current NT coach. I was talking about the past U21 coach running. He was boasting about winning games but in reality he won two. Now I am not sayin that the two wins wasn't great in itself, what I am saying is there is so much room for improvement here.

Why I believe I am so qualified isnt because I worked with the USA National Team, it's because of everything I have leaned doing it. It doesn't matter if it was with USA, Mexico, Nigeria, or Luxembourg itself. That experience and thought process will carry over everywhere.

Honestly, I'm here running for the National Team manager because I want a challenge, but not just any challenge. I wanted to take on a challenge that could very well be achieved and that is with the Luxembourg team. Does it have the salary beasts like the top teams? No. But Im looking at this as a way that the National Team and the community members to grow. Not only for the National Team's sake, but for their own teams as well.

I'm not saying anyone here has to vote for me. BUT before you do everyone needs to realize that success leaves clues. I have witnessed that success first hand with the USA team and I have piled all of those clues in my basket and I am offering them to you, Luxembourg. Whether you welcome the clues into your community, or you push them away and search for your own is up to you.

You have to know that Luxemburg is very small...
maybe 20 good players...
Maybe Luxembourg has not so much managers, but the managers who we have, are better then in several countrys!
They don t need any help to train theier players! They probably don t want to listen to you because their own team is more important.
Anyway I think you (smallfries) will doing your job very good because I/we see how much you re investing your time for this game, like our past Nationalcoach.
It s not all about the strategies, it s very important, I know, but you have to know that the players won t be in a good shape during the season, you have to know how to replace your players. You don t need a big Center who has 250000$ salary. A small forward of 45000$ salary is for me the same like a big center.... example: Xbox team, won this season in the finals against me just because he has better SF s and better outsideskills. I was clearly better then him in the insideskills.

What I want to say is: It s a challenge to manage Luxembourg, WE are small, WE are bad in some games, but WE are also EXCELLENT in other games...

I don t know, I know the most of managers, and they also want sometimes a NT coach who can speak Luxemburgish...

Thank you for your response. I completely understand wanting a Luxembourg coach to be the next NT coach. I completely respect that.

You talk about GS problems. That is a problem for every country, and I understand the process of calling guys up. Once again, that is also an area that I have helped the USA NT in as well with making call up decisions.

You bring up the point about the SF. I will give my honest opinion about them. You may or may not like them. First off, any tactic that is ran MUST have a pure SF to win. Plain and simple. Of course there can be outside oriented SFs and inside ones as well. So I completely agree in that aspect the a good SF is just as great as a high salary big. Although, I would even argue that having a SF is more important.

Let me kind of go through my thoughts on players

I love guards with good Inside Shot abilities. Reason being, not many guards can defend an inside shot. Also, in a game that is full of Look Inside teams, the Inside Shot ability is quickly becoming crucial on guards. My most hated ability on guards is JR. It is pointless and too expensive. I built an awesome U21 player in Jonothan Yi in season 18. He was ranked the best guard in the world, but his JR was absolutely ridiculous which lead to an inflated salary. Those skills are better used elsewhere such as passing and outside defense

I mentioned what I though about SFs. They are a must in a successful National Team. These players are mismatches for the opponents with the ability to play inside or outside as well as defend both.

Bigs, well, I am totally against bigs with high inside skills an no outside ones. At the U21 level I have learned they are acceptable, but not at NT level. I would rather have 150k bigs with great secondaries than a 250k big with an inflated salary and only good in three categories.

This is just a very quick overview but feel free to ask questions about players.

Now I have never said that this would be an easy job, but I am up for the challenge if you guys allow me to become your coach. I simply want to make this team the best it can be.

Well, I want to thank you guys for allowing me to debate and run for the NT here. However, I will be stepping out of the race now due to the USA Members wanting me to be the U21 manager next season. I want to thank you guys for being very kind in this debate and I hope to talk with you guys in the future. Also, if the new manager would like any help with anything let me know. I would be more than happy to help you kinda fellas out. :)
