I think I'd also rather train him as a PF and just let his JS pick up some pops through 1on1 instead of attempting dedicated outside scoring training for 2 positions on a 2.08 dude. That just sounds like more hassle than it's worth.

So basically, with a PF in mind, I should leave his outside secondaries at 8 and go straight to forwards-1on1 from this week, then just train his inside skills until he's done? I plan on keeping him, not selling.

Well, personally, the goal for the pf i am training, and who should cap at around 45k salary is:

15 8
9 12
12 8
14 12
12 7

He could dominate center pozition playing patient suits very well in motion and push the ball offences already (highest fg% already in my team, but his js is already 13:) )

Hell play along with future pf/center of my team too which skills should look like this:
12 8
6 12
14 16
16 14
14 8

THese 2 should be beasts in any offense

I like passing on your future pf/c, he would do well in princeton tactic.

Thats exzactly i was thinking about him. Also i am really happy, i have guards with very decent handling js and jr also, gona add some more passing so my starting 5 should have like 16 16 15 8 16 pass, creepy?

i would too, but since next season i will be capping out my 2 perenial allstar point guards with passing its unavoidable, in worst oaccasion hell get like 3 pops, so it would be like 15:) But 2 seasons before i didnt noticed any height affecting passing skillpops, he got as much as 2 and 3 years older pgs did, 5 pops in more than a half season. so the most realistic variant is 16, maybe even 17.

Well he did get as much as them because the height penalty was compensated by the fact the shorter guys were 3 years older

How much is the height penalty for training passing and how much is the height penalty for training OD or other outside skills? I guess they aren't the same.

Based on the BB-training crowd source,PA trains faster on taller players.
