Hi, this Spanish user (78811) told me that between 24th and 25th of this month he did a payment of $28 (in 3 payments of $10 + $8 + $10) and he didn´t received the supporter.

I answered him that he should wait 2 days, but now he still without supporter.

Do you know if there is a problem?

I submitted my draftstreet promotion info on Friday, but I have not gotten supporter package yet. How long does it usually take? Thanks.

Shucks, I was hoping you'd type "Bob Dole wonders where Bob Dole's activation of Bob Dole's supporter package is at." ;)

I know it took me circa three or four days if I recall correctly (and I did run through the whole $10 on draftstreet almost immediately just in case that was part of the deal). I remember other folks saying it had been over a week. So the odds are good that you haven't been forgotten yet. ;)

I referred the previous poster - [team= 28995] - and he bought a year's supporter. It says on the supporter page I'm eligible for a matching number of months free, but it hasn't updated the expiration date on my supporter. I was just wondering if this is a bug or if I have to do something to claim the matching bonus.

I'm afraid that option only kicks in if the Supporter was purchased via regular means. Draftstreet, as a promotion, does not qualify as a regular purchase.
