Ghana I am here to throw my name into the running for U21 National Team manager. I have been a BBer for 7 seasons and have won two championships in the USA. I am a basketball coach in real life and live for the game of basketball.

I would like to help this team become the best team in Africa and move Ghana up the rankings if elected. I cannot promise World Championships but I can promise the attention this team deserves and needs. While I think the last manager has done a solid job the record speaks for itself. More can be had from this program and I would like to be the manager that gets it done. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to lead this team in seasons 22 and 23.

With such a small pool for talent it is of the utmost importance that we continually train the best young talent whether locally in Ghana or elsewhere across the globe. Training and communication with these managers will bring this team up in the ranking and in position to win the African title.

If anybody has questions I am here for you.

It´s time to get a solid scouting and NT supporter staff going from INSIDE Ghana, so my main focus will and shall be to encourage english managers to team up in a U21 / NT support team focused on the glory of the National Teams. In the early stages of those developments, personal interest and envy can easily be in the way of that development, so a "neutral" foreigner might be able to unite the different inner-english approaches and prepare them to take over themselves.

No private interest, no use of the u21 for egoistic aims. Find the talent, follow a plan, establish training and scouting and convert the power of participation into success on the floor.

Let´s try to find a way to get things going altogether, and let´s build up what is needed for a long term successful foundation of the national teams.

I will not deliver a title or propose a highly successful 2-year campaign, but I´d like to pave the way for future generations of inner-English U21 and NT coaches to build their regime on a foundation of community wide support.
