I strongly suggest training either 1 on 1 for guards or even better, Handling for PG which will pop blazingly fast. You would probably get 5-6 pops in 7 weeks, boosting DR and a bit of OD on the way. The main purpose is of course negating the negative elastic effect that comes with such low handling.

This guy is a bust. Not only does he lack handling, passing, driving, inside shot, rebounding - he has NO stamina and can't hit a freethrow.

Fixing his stamina and FT skill will take you 1.5 seasons alone.

4 in stamina and FT is decent.

Fixing his stamina and FT skill will take you 1.5 seasons alone.

Don't apply your wrong perception of FT and Stamina on others. Btw, Inept FT means he will hit more than 50% of his free throws, which is far from "can't hit a freethrow". Btw, I'd really like to hear what's your definition of good FT and Stamina. If you spend 1.5 seasons training FT and Stamina with this guy, you will reach Proficient Stamina and Prominent FTs. Knowing rookies can't start with more than ST 7 and FT 8, I wonder what criteria you use to evaluate a rookie.

This guy is a bust. Not only does he lack handling, passing, driving, inside shot, rebounding - he has NO stamina and can't hit a freethrow.

RB and IS are welcome addition on a guard, but are not indispensable. Passing is at 4 which is not that bad as a rookie. HA and DR hurts, but those train fast in 1 on 1 while trained as secondaries to all guard trainings (pressure, passing, JS, JR).

To sum all up: a terrible advice. Normally I don't try to correct people in their opinions if they are wrong, but it bothers me when wrong facts are being taught to others. It seems like the only good rokie for you is one with all skills between 6 and 7 (and that rookie obviously has to spend a least one season training only ST and FT), so good luck finding one.
