Napoleon was right as this week's Weekly Award for Least Weak Player of the Week does go to the Russian German Mikhail Poglazov (10715996). He had 75 points in 2 games including 58 in his teams only loss of the season. He got 10 three-pointers in that game, which is one more than Agafonas Bencevicius (6876723) got in his Div. III.5 record 73 points.

Winners:
Mikhail Poglazov with Napoleon's Infantry
Uglješa Cokic with Toronto R@ptorS
Huang Sisong with Squares
Luc Beland with Squares
Gong Shui Ngok with Diatoms

This week should be a toss-up between The Sens' Patrick Nurnberg (5766396) and Napoleons Infantry's Mikhail Poglazov (10715996). Nurnberg showed consistency through both games but recorded less points in total in the 61 minutes each played.

Arvo Pihlakas (28916607) had a great games as a rookie as well combining for 58 points in 96 minutes.

Poglazov had 62 points in 61 minutes.

Nurnberg had 59 points in 61 minutes.

I think Poglazov will be the first player to repeat as Least Weak Player of the Week, but, as always, it will be up to ______
to decide.

Weekly Award for Least Weak Player of the Week This was a tough one. Plenty of deserving candidates. Two of the best were last week's winner, Mikhail Poglazov (10715996), and my very own rookie Arvo Pihlakas (28916607). Poglazov had 3 more points than Pihlakas, but had 4 less rebounds, 1 less assist, and 1 more turnover. Poglazov only edges Pihlakas in points-per-field goal-attempt, 1.23 to 1.16. And Pihlakas was better from the free throw line. BUT a deal-breaker may be that the only reason Pihlakas got all those minutes in the first place, I must admit, is because I made the worst coaching error in my BuzzerBeater career. In my second game, I accidentally played Pihlakas for 48 minutes at PG, instead of playing my other rookie Michalis Paragkas (28709895). So Pihlakas played 35 more minutes than Poglazov, which would have lofted his stats slightly over the raining Least Weak Player of the Week.
Everything in consideration, the Weekly Award for Least Weak Player of the Week goes to...

Jimmy Giard (25741066)! He had 21 less points than Poglazov, but he had 12 more blocks, and more Offensive Rebounds than Poglazov had total Rebounds. Giard may have played more minutes, but Poglazov still took more shots. What settled it for me was that Giard had 35 more rebounds.

I actually had to explain my decision, because there wasn't an obvious winner. I like it like this.

Winners:
Jimmy Giard with Romanians Warriors
Mikhail Poglazov with Napoleon's Infantry
Uglješa Cokic with Toronto R@ptorS
Huang Sisong with Squares
Luc Beland with Squares
Gong Shui Ngok with Diatoms

I'm going to do it a bit differently this week. I'll give out the Weekly Award for Least Weak Player of the Week today, since there aren't any more games this week due to the All-Star game. But, after the All-Star game I'll give out an MVP of the All-Star game, so there will be two awards this week. Goran Pavlović (17363367) had 29 points, 22 rebounds, and 5 assists, which stood out so he gets the Weekly Award.

Winners:
Goran Pavlović with Toronto R@ptorS
Scott Kavanagh with Diatoms
Mimis Tsiolis with Krusty Krab Krew
Efthimios Galaxidis with Ashcroft Xerocoles
Jimmy Giard with Romanians Warriors
Mikhail Poglazov with Napoleon's Infantry

Big 8 wins 166-162 in the Vineland Arena of Champions; they're 2nd straight win. All-time, the two conferences are tied 11-11. Dragoje Markovic (8238363) is the MVP of the All-Star Game. He had 6 assists, 14 rebounds, and scored 25 points on just 14 shots (no free throws).

Dragoje Markovic with Big 8
