Your first post is clearly directed towards you not being able to capitalize on this game's economy. It's a good thing your not getting as much money for throwing game 2.

What a dumb statement!
It's clearly directed at the silliness of the non reality of things.
There isn't a place on earth that wouldn't have had a full house for tonight's final.
I was happy with whatever I picked up from the extra game
luckily I knew exactly how it would work, I've been here before.
If you don't do what I did in the same situation than you're an idiot
and by the way, funniest thing is that the only reason you made money tonight is because the team you played tanked last game, perhaps you can find a way to give that money back, better luck promoting next season

And the game before that, when you had a chance to promote, your fans watched you play a lineup that included three players who combine to make roughly a quarter of your lowest paid starter. I know there are plenty of people on general principle who wouldn't pay to go see a team play a game if they so blatantly threw away a game, and not just for the next home game but ever. You took advantage of the stupid system to get an extra payday, congratulations, hopefully the fact that it's less than you wanted makes up for the fact that it's much more than you deserve.

My team lost game 2 of the season and then won 20 in a row
there were teams that were tanking that were pulling in more regular season money per game even at the end of the season.
My team spent more in going out and spending on players
that's the way the system works
I played Div I last season and went up against teams with wads of money
I didn't tank like most teams but I relegated and paid the price in attendance
rules of this game, so is the chance to make up a bit of that with the extra final game
get off your high horses

And by the way
My fans were very happy that nobody started and got hurt in game 2 perhaps costing the team a chance to win a championship, the ones that missed tonight's game are sorry as hell that they missed it but they are currently dancing and celebrating outside the arena and looking forward to another shot at Division 1

I honestly would have done the same thing if I was in your case (although I wouldn't have gone to the forums and complained about not getting more money than I deserved). But, throwing game 2 of the finals shouldn't be the wise thing to do. There should be extra money won for teams who win game 1 and 2.

Or the playoffs shouldn't be about money at all. This plus another discussion kicked off an idea in my head as well, which is in the suggestions forum as well. It's a ridiculous game design decision to provide teams with an incentive to not win.

The NBA and the owners of the NBA playoffs teams also do not want series sweeps. Extra TV revenue and extra gate receipts for every game. They all want game 7. Fans will sell out every game in the playoffs.

Just came to a realization today.

If teams want more money why not throw Game 1 if they are home,that way they're opponent has more attendants and you get half of that and if you win game 2 you'll get more attendants too.

Happened to me on accident. Lost game 1 by 3 and completely murdered in Game 2 and I'm currently winning. I have had full attendance all POs and I think my opponent did too in game 2
