I'm not saying the way how attendance work is ok. I'm just saying I adapted to the way attendance works by building a 2-game-per-week team. Since fans don't care if I lose by 80 points at home, neither do I. From financial standpoint it doesn't make sense to build a team that can win three games/week, unless you want to promote (I don't). Since 3 consecutive home games happened to me for the first time and I didn't even know this existed, I made this suggestion. No need to crucify me.

Beats having 3 road games in row.

Now show us what you can do as a manager instead of whining.

I think I already did that. I'm earning twice as much as league average while having 80k less in player salaries than league salary average.

Sometimes the difference betwen game shape 8 or 9 is not so small, especially if sublevel of GS 8 is low. So while it is controllable, there's still that random factor that makes it unpredictable a bit.

I just didn't know three consecutive home games can happen, that's it. Since BBs attendance model sucks, three consecutive home games suck even more. I already see it: I'll lose by 3-4 points against first-placed team (Grupa TNT) and I'll have 50-70k less in attendance income the next game.

Do you really think this is the appropriate way of answering somebodys request that was written in a very polite manner? Especially as a GM you should know better.

I don't know why are you so angry at me. I didn't say "change the rules becasue of me". I just used my team as an example. If the difference between a win and a defeat means 30-35% drop in attendance, than you can bet noone wants to have too many consecutive home games. My team adapted to the BB rules and then they change "the rules" by having more than two consecutive home games. That's what bothers me.

What about the others that are not making that kind of money, should we change the game so that they do as well?

No. If they don't nkow how to build a cheap team that can win against more expensive teams, they shouldn't get any help. But also these teams would lose money when facing a three home games streak.

If your making that much money what is there to be sad about?

I'll go ask the first millionare I see to give me one million dollars. If he makes that much money, what is there to be sad about one million?

A. Get a better level PR manager.
B. Set better prices.

Those are the 2 things you can do if you are so worried about a drop in attendance.

What you are trying to do, is achieve a Maximum income for every game. That is not the games fault.

Looking at your prices though, you shouldn't see much fluctuation. So, I"m pretty sure that the 30-35% attendance drop is huge exaggeration.

Hi,
I've read the topic and the answers and I couldn't find out precisely what is it really about ...
Win the game coming before home game in order to get more $ with attendance. Ok i get it.
In your case (3 home games in a row), you have to win the away game + 2 first home games in order to make the most $ possible... It is not your aim because " it is not about making extra revenues in a single week" and "it is not a sprint, rather a marathon", if i get you well.
So it is about keeping GS and enthusiasm without giving up cup games, am I wrong ? So focuse on the cup and give up one home game out of the 3 . It will cause a decrease in the revenues. But didn't you say that it is a marathon ? So this decrease in your arena revenue shouldn't be the issue...
You don't want to promote, you don't want to give up the cup, you don't care about making extra revenues in one week, you have a 2 on 3 game team and you have a 3 home game in a row schedule ...
I really don't mean to be insulting, don't get me wrong please, but Murphy law says : "shit happens" :°)

edit: spelling!
