Yea there's no real way to tell the opponents enthusiasm level unless you track all of their games (I'm too lazy to do) and make a guesstimate, so a TIE with 8 ent may equate to normal with 5 ent etc...

Which even still isn't a flawless process. For example, I've played several games at TIE this season which my opponent has done as well. Someone analysing my game would be unable to tell if both teams played at TIE, Normal, or CT, the three of which would all make a major difference in calculations.

It's probably also worth noting, however, that a team could actually be playing with more Enthusiasm even if it looks like the other team was the only one trying. So if a team has built up Ent by playing TIE repeatedly, that team will effectively be playing at a higher level of Ent than a team that has used CT a couple times and starts from a low place.


Wow, all these seasons and I never knew this.
