Well, the first game's already done, so I don't think it's quite right to start now, but what the heck.

10inchvertical
Kentucky Wildcats, Visionaries
Cassville, Njords Hakarl, BallhoggersFTW


4 of these teams were on my awful fantasy team from last year; hopefully I can have a better showing now that I've removed my own team from the list. plus, Cassville's down to D-3, so that group should be a lot stronger. I wanted to pick Milwaukee, but I checked the next game of each team.

Not that anyone's been betting on me or anything... But pretty darn sure I get eliminated (finally) this round....

Am I the last d. V or lower team standing

Nope just checked lots of others still... Though I doubt they went through 3 straight higher division teams to do so...

Yeah... That's what I did. Went back and checked after reading the other guys post too.

Well, I took my 37k salary team as far as I could go....

Let's see how team Iamthedude is getting on so far:

10inchvertical has successfully reached the fifth round and has a very easy game so 15 should be guaranteed from them. Currently, though, I've got 10

Kentucky went down in the 4th round; that'll hold me to 6 points from them

The Visionaries also took an early exit... You're letting me down, D-2! another 6.

Cassville has won 4 games, but they've got a tough one in the 5th round. We'll have to see. 10 points.

The Njords Hakarl also are still alive, meaning 10 points. their 5th game is a bit easier, but I won't assume. 10.

Once again I'm glad I picked Kobey; His BallhoggersFTW have advanced to the fifth and should easily reach round 6. 10 points.

52 points scored to this point... I think that's a little better than I was doing last season, but I'm out of D-II's, so this could go any of a number of ways.

Well... This is awkward... I have no idea how I missed that.

Oh, I got it. When I was looking for teams, I opened the page for all the D-2 leagues and the NBBA at the same time; I must have been looking at the NBBA one and thought it was one of the D-2's.


In that case, I forfeit my 6 points from Visionaries. Brings my score down to 46.
