I really believe that Diego will achieve goals that he mentioned above, but his language ignorance may cause problems in future. First of all, i suppose that he dont communicate with NT players owners and dont synchronize training plans. If you dont encourage to train players, keep the form on high level, nobody would do that, except local managers and some altruists.
Secondly, Diego don’t mange NT roster. He didn’t invited/dismissed a single player. I am not sure that he has an idea about current database. This season draftees have not been checked, the managers were not informed about their players’ possibilities, etc. Such approach would cause lost generation and weak NT in 3 seasons.
Also, the main thing about NTs is
enthusiasm . Micronations have no chances to promote through World Championships Repechage Tournament, so the only way to play in WC is to make Continental finals. With such weak roster the only way to do that is to save enthusiasm. SA had higher attitude in last match vs Senegal and i am not sure that Diego played TIE vs Algeria. Without high enth there is nothing to do in 2nd group round.
If you want SA to succeed you should take some measures immediately.
