Is training something you guys target maybe 2-4 players over your roster, or do you spread it around?

I'm trying to do a couple of weeks at different skills to get benefits to all my players, but am I selling some of them a bit short this way?

Check some of the forums on training mate very useful but here is a few tips :
1) I wouldn't buy anymore players.
2) Invest in your arena, I can see you're already making an expansion wwhich is good news.
3) Generally speaking players need 48 mins at a training position to get optimun effect.
4) Since you play a scrimage/cup and 2 regular season games thats either 3 players trained in single position(fastest training) or 6 players at dual position training(moderate speed).
5) Save money and try to get a positive balance every week.
6) Ask questions.
7) And believe me, this game is a marathon not a sprint so take your time and have patience, most of all enjoy.

Minus my aging star centre I'll be the squad I currently have through to seasons end likely. Shame my SF got injured for the finals last season as he likely made the difference(not that the side would of survived div II without a big purchase or two) in the end. Happy with my single signing and rapt with 2 of my draftee's, espiecially since I didn't spend any points lol.

Talk about making the difference... I was literally one shot away from the finals. My guy missed a shot at the buzzer, went to overtime and lost it there. Also, I tried to pick a game day prep tactic which was wrong and I'm guess if I had gotten it right or not chosen a prep tactic at all, I would've been in that finals.

I don't see myself changing my roster at all this season, just training.

Luck? Luck is for chumps.

I'm taking my points from anyone who tries to stop me.

Ha.

You should also know I'm full of puff and bluster. We stink, but I'll talk us up every chance I get!

Lucky you, it's amazing how many players have dropped out since season 20 that newbies get a start in div III

I started back in season 17 in division IV and there was about 8-10 active managers from memory but it quickly began to decline. Though I think recently and especially with the new promotions has added a fresh new player base which can only be a good thing for all concerned. Personally I think it's one of the more accurate sport sims out there and pretty challenging to boot, especially verse actives...

First game back, and another hiding. I'm not asking for much, just for or five wins for the season. I'd anyone is interested in tanking, mark the Bullants down for the game to do it.

Well I must say we have a pretty active division for the most part which is awesome news. Makes every game a little more exciting and worth watching lol. Finally managed to get rid of my big welsh fella so i'm well and truly into profits every week again and still have a competitive squad. Really hard to tell who the main challengers are yet because some are still likely to make a few moves on the TL. You'll get some wins Brendo, just try and win the important games, rival games, televized and home games rougly in that order. Throw(TIE) in away games for the most part, especially if you have no realistic chance of winning but from experience winning those games and at least as many home games as possible will aid you financially as well. Keeping those fans as happy as possible is so important for revenue.
