It's been confirmed somewhere by BB-Marin, and if you look at your economy page, you should see that the amount deducted from your finances was the actual salary amount, not the salary floor. I know mine was the correct salary amount.

Mine as well. It'll be interesting to see next season when the floor comes into play whether there'll be another rush to purchase players.
