I use coach parrot new potential formula and it says he'll enter soft cap when he's around these skills:
9 8
15 13
13 14
8 8 5
... at the age of 22.

Training regime this season - 7 weeks of driving for SF/PF, 3 weeks of passing for PG, 3 weeks of outside defense for PG. He would reach at least these skills by the end of the season:
JS 6 (+1) JR 5
OD 9 (+2) HAN 9 (+4)
DRI 9 (+3) PAS 9 (+2)
IS 4 (+2) ID 6
REB 5

That's 14 skills in 13 weeks. This is the kind of advice I was giving while being U21 NT coach for 4 seasons and believe you me - it works really well. ;)

cheers

Driving for SF/PF is not recommended since his starting IS is too low. It would take a lot of DR + IS training to make a difference. Not worth it IMO. Driving for guards is much better.
