We cannot afford round the clock Facebook checks nor a 24h developer watch. In cases when we do get the reports and read them in time, we do act and delay transfers, but this was not the case.
The risk you assume for listing a player for a low price is both for no buyer interest and the state of the site, since, as I said, we do not guarantee it.

The person that replied was not a developer. He couldn't have done anything but try to get a developer on it which he managed a some time later. We devs need to sleep sometimes too.

It's a bit of a joke that I try to place a bid on a player that has 3 minutes left, and after nearly 5 minutes the site finally responds to say "the auction has already ended". I'm not asking for the auction to be re-started or anything, simply that the site be made stable and reliable so that players are not unfairly impacted by these ongoing issues.
