But at least your opponents will know that you scouted their players. With the current suggestion, it's a free, unlimited peak on any players (same nationality) of any teams in your country. You can do it for you, you can do it for friends, whenever you would want.
Well, I understand some of those points. But that one I don't agree much. The way it works right now, you still got the player skills all listed in documents and that you can consult anytime (even if you're not NT a season later), and that is easy to pass to other users. And most important player will have 27+ so they shouldn't change much in a season.
I just consider this actual method of having players really old and I wish BB could do something about it. If you don't like the idea of seeing player skills during all year, make it before entusiasm reset then. Or make NT Scout generate the excel with player skills, also only at begining of seasons.
Being a coach is hard, mainly for U21 NT's...that would make it much more enjoyable
