If I train a draft-selected player every season until 80k I think that it would be right to pay only 40k as salary.
this is my suggestion.
I have some draft-selected players in my team (and two U21 player) but my week merchandising is only 27k.
It is Unjustified.

Well you are also in D4 which rarely brings a ton of merchandising in the real world either and your two U21 players from small nations.
It might not be justifiable for you, but those are some starters.

If i could pay half salary i would have some chance to have a promotion because I might buy other players with higher salary!
The most part of BB Manager play in low divisions and half salay rule might be an advantage for us and not for manager of high divisions.
This is why you don' t want this rule!!!

Well, 50% sounds like a big drastic change.. But I agree with an idea that there should be bonus for home-grown players.. Maybe 70-80% could be more realistic range. As it would encourage more teams to train players , however it wouldn't be that drastic and teams that prefer just to buy players for their team couldn't complain about how it is unfair and bla bla bla.

Well, I am not a crazy, there is an other manager that has my same idea ;)

I'm currently in D4 training a french player, hopefully for NT, and another french player that I draft and that has a bright future. That suggestion would benefit me.

It would also not be an advantage for "small clubs against big clubs", since small clubs play against small clubs and big clubs plays against big clubs.
That's an honest idea, but as of now, I think there is already too much money in BB, increasing the club revenue doesn't appeal to me.

I don' t agree with you, in this way I could save 40k a week, and for a small club like mine would be an advantage not just.

Probably so, but so would have the other teams in your league. And as of now, you would be have a bonus of 15k at best which you could have also if you were to fire some of your 20 players.

You don' t understand that I don' t want the half salary rule because I need money but because It is right to reward managers that decide to train draft-selected players!
It is so difficult to understand? Do i speak Arabic?

Well it depends from what spot you look into that idea. Think about possible completely other consequence : team grow 2-3 players , they have same skills as ones in the transfer market ,but lower wage by 20-30 %. So less team needs players from market, lower demand - lower prices of players , that are now absolutely irrelevant.

This is my idea ;)
