I think all you get by lowering flow is more TOs...
You can go for high HA to try to help, but with low PA around the court I think you just get turnovers.
I agree. More than anything I just want functionally bad flow so my players don't always automatically turn it over, but get forced to throw up outside shots because they can't drive or pass incisively. I think in the end it doesn't matter - there's almost certainly some soft caps in the logic that prevent you from shooting more than say 40% of your shots from the arc, or turning it over more than a third of the time, or something similar.
