1. May reset yan after ng U21 elections. Hindi ka ba nagtataka na yung China, Australia, etc eh hindi 18 yung players. Common sense lang. Pinapakita mo lang na wala kang alam.

2. Ikaw ang U21 coach. Dapat mas may alam ka kesa sa trainer. Kung mag PPM ka, siguraduhin mo na tama.

3. So kinick mo pa u21 player ko. lol Cge, suffer the enthusiasm loss. lol Wala akong pakialam. Hindi na ko mag ttrain kung magiging U21 manager lang e mga kagaya mong walang alam.

Sana nagtanong ka muna sa mga beterano bago ka naglagay ng 18 players, o kaya komunsulta ka kay greedy.

meron ba salary cap sa u21? with 18 ma monitor mo pop ups without asking their managers

natalo ba tayo vs new Zealand?

Ayan po siguro ang challenges ng isang coach. Si Chot Reyes nga po na kay galing na beterano sa PBA na-babash nga po eh, diba? Just keep up the good work po coach! :D

Point lang niya kung tama ang pagkaintindi ko, to reserve normally 2-3 slots for injuries. As a u21 manager you should unite our community. Tama ka we cannot please everybody. Talagang mahirap maging nt manager kaya kaunti lang tumatakbo. Move forward na lang tayo. May enthusiasm drops per dismissal. .5 ang alam ka based on previous coaches.

Libre lang ang payo, pati ako humihingi ng payo kahit matagal na ako. Good luck sa second round mukhang maganda schedule natin.

Brother easy- easy lang, ang gera at galit ibuhos mo sa kalaban natin marami pang laro ang u21. I am always for new managers stepping up and taking an active role in our community.

Isa lang masasabi ko sa u21 program. Ang verdict ko sa isang u21 manager is how he leaves the future coach. Greedy gave you a good team to work with. In the same way, Vader (kahit may mga tao na ayaw sa kanya) hindi pinabayaan ang u21 nung iniwan niya kay Greedy. Ang groundwork is ang sipag mo sumagot ng message at makipagusap sa mga bagong players para maging interesado sila mag train ng Pinoy.

4 na batch ang hinahawakan mo u18, u19, u20 at ang team natin ngayon.

hindi muna dapat minax ang roster slot,kung evaluate mo sila edi mas madaling gumawa muna ng 12 man roster tapos mag add na lang as the season progress. saka ngayon nag bawas kapa ng isang player minus enthu yan communication is the key to success saka hindi porket nanalo tayo sa new zealand ibig sbhin maganda na performance ng team given n yan ang real challenge lang natin is china.

Alam Ng karamihan dito lalo na Yung naging parte Ng NT at u21 (scout, mentor, manager) staff na mahirap at sakit Ng ulo. That being said if the new u21 needs to be mentored on how run the u21 then so be it. Tip din pa may u21 prospect kayong nakita, tingnan nyo muna ang team history Kasi most likely kung matagal na yang naglalaro Ng BB alam na niya ang ginagawa niya.tanungin nyo na Lang kung ano ang Plano Sa player niya.

alam ko na concerned kayo sa u21 team, obvious naman yun.

pero yung sabihan ka agad na bobo dahil max 18 roster ka e I don't think tama yun, kaya nga di ko nag reply in kind sa kanya, isipin nyo old manager na siya so he should have acted better, hindi kaya?

wag lang kayo magtawag na bobo kahit sinong manager baguhan man o dati na, respeto lang mga tol

haan nga gulo ti birok ko , nalaka ti agsau nu haan nga sikayo ti patamtamaan da. imbaga ni tatang ko nga nu awan maibagam nga nasiyaat ket agtalna ka laengen.
