Let me start this message giving my thanks to gerrtv for his great job as NT coach and excusing me for my terrible english.

As a SA player owner, I disagree with you about the communication NT-manager.
imho it was what it had to be, although is possible a specialized scouting team did a better job by following the SA players evolution.

But I'm writing this message because I'd like to make you a question as a NT candidate:
I'm training nowadays Uuka Moloa (21y) in jump shot, what did you tell me if I considerate changing his training to Inside Shot?

Hi everybody friends....

I'm a candidate for national trainer, but the frist of all it's a question that I hope you can answer.

Why the actual national trainer have only 17% of popularity....¿?¿? He did something bad or is the people who want to be the new national trainer who voted against to him....
:-¿

Greetings.

Raúl.

While I'd love to hear the answers to that question, I don't think it should be the focus of this thread.

Why don't you answer my questions above?

Also, for all of the candidates:

Without goals, your campaign could appear like a ship without a rudder. So, what are your top three goals for the South African NT if you are to be elected? Please explain your reasoning.

Very sorry.

Greetings.

If I will be elected I only promise that work very hard for up the national team to the better level that is possible, I understand that is difficult but maybe can try it.

My top 3 goals are:

1. Set up a thorough scouting system for players and maintain contact with as many owners as possible to set up a development program to keep the team stocked with diverse and complimentary players.

2. Win at least 75% of the games against teams with a lower ranking.

3. Be the best team in Africa.

1. First of all be the best African team, because we need to increase our popularity and our strength step by step. Think to win all of the games it's utopistic.

2. For realize the first point I've just find two italian players who will help me in scouting and maintainig good relations with all the owners of NT's players, with the SA community and with the owner of other SA players.

3. The last but not the least point is try to expand SA community because if we want a strong NT we'll need a larger community.

And, for sure, win all the games we can.

we have 10 candidates running for this seasons elections... thats more people then all the players from our country. Lots of people from lower divisions from other countrys seem to registered for small active player countys such as South Africa these days. Lots of guys all saying how good there gonna make this national team but i hope i'm not going to offend anybody - not doing so great with their own teams eighter... Anyway it's always good to have competition so i wish all other 9 candidates good luck!

What you've just said it's ridiculous...

I mean who are you to judge other and their work??

Why do you think that a III-IV series may be easier than your I division??

For example I can say your series it's easier than the others because in SA there are only 9 active teams...so you can easily win because you often play against bot or not so competitive teams, when in Italy for example the active teams are 3149...

You can understand that Italian is surely more difficult than SA league...

So how can you say if you are a better player than another ones only looking the series where he plays??'

In conclusion I think it's not right to judge a player only for the series where he plays.

That's not only a referr to my job but also to other players.

Good luck to everybody!

I agree it is great to have competition, may the best man win. As far as lower divisions, you have to also take into consideration the amount of time it takes to make it to a higher division. For example, I was put on a last place D.III team and was relegated so I have essentially accomplished the most I could possible accomplish in 2 seasons. At best it will take me another 2 seasons to make D.I which is not a reflection on my skill level but my placement in the BB world.

I hope that this fact does not escape the eyes of the voters. I also hope people don't buzz off after the election and focus on the title. I am personally in it because I think I can be a good candidate and I want to be more involved in the game. This is the logical next step. I think South Africa, as you mentioned, is a small country userwise and that makes it a great candidate for people to break into the National Team game. In fact your last National Team coach was from the same Division as a lot of the candidates. If you had a bad experience by all means vote for a different type of coach, but don't forget that this is a historical precedence and will surely continue in future elections until the number of active users increases.

And Dlight don't take offense, that message was directed to the group not just you so I don't want it to seem like I am calling you out when in fact I think you made some very valid points.
