If top teams are playing each other with 150 vs 150 skills how is that any different than 140 vs 140?

How is that going to make top games a joke?

Oh right, you woke up today and needed to find something about this game to complain about.

OMG that column is 1 pixel off! The game is finished!

What you are ignoring is that faster builds don't create higher skilled players, but more top level players. The idea is rather than spending 10+ seasons training 3 players and topping up the rest of your roster from the transfer market, you can train 6 world class players by investing the money in coaches instead of overpaying in a scarce market.

Not only will there be more variety for people who prefer to buy players, but people prefer to train can have more of the precise builds in more positions. It's a win for both sides of the equation.

An exaggeration surely? I can envision 100 TSP on a 20yo easily enough, but 120 on a 20yo still isn't doable even if all of the stars align perfectly. There will indeed be more of those high TSP beasts floating around as a result of this, but I do not believe overstating the truth helps whatever argument you wanted to make.

Lets think. 67-68 TSP guy with good heigth either for guards or big men. Training one on one you could expect like 20; 18 skillspops and third season train best skill with elastics effect maybe 15-16 pops. This is totally doable in theory. I think last season there was 115 TSP guy on the market.

Actually a great training facility
I feel like 20 and 18 are very much on the bigger side of things.

Has to be close, but in a perfect world.

Yeah, with high sublevels and/or coaches. I used to get 15-16 ups without youth coach and building with lvl 4 coach for rookies. This season no building lvl 4 both coaches 16 and 18 ups. Building and better coaches can eazily squeeze those 2 pops.

it depends on skillset... 120 TSP is not the same if DR HA is 17+, or both defenses are 15+, or JS IS us 15+...
if you train 1vs1 for forwards a lot, then 120 is possible (but still very hard), and there is still question how useful is that skillset...

anyway, big u21 nations always had 110+ TSP players in their roster before the end of age 21... it's not that big difference now...
with faster training, now smaller nations can have similar players... like BIH u21 didn't lose for 2 straight seasons (consolation tournament and Euro u21 championship)

in my opinion, faster training is good for the game... in old system, you need 10+ seasons to create championship roster with training 3 or more players...
10 seasons is more than 3 RL years...
with faster training, you can do it in 6-7 seasons...

just like in RL, great players become great very early... they don't have to wait until 30y old to become franchise or NT players...
