24.353 is far too big.
I was trying hard to sell more than 21k, but till now I could not manage this.

Stay at 20k, max. 21k. Do not waste money.
For me the perfect arena (trying to build this in Utopia)
12.950 / 6.500 / 500 / 50

Yes. My arena is missbuilt!

The higher the category the lower the variance in attendance independent a winning or losing streak.
