What do you mean by one position? And how do you determine what one position trainings are?

One position means that you get maximum efficiency when you train a max of 3 players for 48 minutes in one position a week. Certain trainings are one position while others are two positions. For example, Pressure is one position training for PG, Inside Shot is one position for C, but Rebounding is two position for C/PF. You can tell which is which when you switch trainings in the Training menu. Each training will default to it's most efficient version/position when you select it. If my memory serves, choosing to change position may also give you a percentage as how much training efficiency is lost by training more or different positions than the training is intended for.

The players you want to train have to play 48 minutes in the Point Guard position. Minutes played in other positions don't count.

If you want to train six players you can change the pressure training to PG/SG but then training will be slower.

Well, sorry for occupying this thread. Thought it's better than opening a new one...

I'm wondering about training speed of cross-training...

lvl4 Trainer + gym lvl3 when 20yo

Between 18 and 20 he became 6 full trainings of synergic skills and there was no pop in id since then... Bad luck?
