I wonder, if a missing survey affects the merchendise-income

It affected...my player debuted in NT last Monday. Incomes from merchandise the same like previously:/

Well, I was asking, because the financial update happens tonight.

Exactly this is the case! No fan survey during Financial update- the result for me is very disappointing : -40k merch! They must fix that !

On the other hand, there might be a lot of teams, which got 'to much'. (e.g. lost last TV-/rivals-game)
I am confident, there will be a solution

Me too. I lost like 55K in merchandise. They need to fix that. It also effects people who are paying the over extension tax.

It's true, the fan survey calculations broke and we will recalculate the merchandising for all teams except utopia. Those are fine.

It might take some time though, so thank you for your patience!

Still not fixed. My merchandise was 182K last week and is 119k this week. When will it be fixed?

I don't think it was recalculated. like I said, my merchandise was 182K last week, this week 119K. My NT players played more minutes than usual even. The lowest it has been all season was 163K, before I bought the NT C. Come on and just fix it please.
