I couldn't reproduce it, done the changes and they applied.

Can you use "Load Former Match Tactics" to show the lineup of that match?

it shows the one in the report and it's my default.

Is it possible that "Send Orders" is not successful?

I usually double-check the lineup and it was correct

A user from Israel experienced something similar. A player from the reserves opened the game in the starting 5, even though the game tactics was telling the coach to follow the lineup and there were no blank positions.
