here we go again with just only a partial time has pass and he got unmotivated already!

if all the coaches are like this . . . . guess that new feature really going to get a big buzz over the market and guess what next thing you know your giving much much more money than you expect!

surely with the new feature, would the system still give a high level coach or probably level 10 as it should be? or probably is SHOW ME THE MONEY!

Yes, we know that but it's ridiculous. A coach must keep his level an entire season !

Where does it say he "must"?

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

suits you since you probably dont mind burning extra money

the way to go is to burn extra money more and more, because the system of hiring staff sucks and the with the new system you get what you want for a premium :D

so probably . . . probably the normal hiring of staff would probably

1) less high level profiles
2) they probably suck anyway since the way of the future is a agency or talent center wherein you pick or get your guy :D

no offense here, i may speak a bit harsh its just the way i feel

there has got to be something also to help teams

if for example the coach is losing motivation can we work with for another contract or probably pay him an bonus but the more times you pay the more hefty it gets?
