sounds good...

so to be fair really... whether you have a 180cm SG with potential 7 and a 193cm SG with potential 10+ ; they're quite equal, since it just takes aaaaaages for the 193 guy to train, so you have a 21 yrd SG with crazy skills, cuz he's been trained for 3 seasons. or have a 21 yrd SG with 10 pot with ok skills, although he's been trained for 3 seasons, now he's older, but compensates with his potential. reaching an age of about 23.. things should balance out 7 and 10 pot players, with the difference of 2-3 seasons.

just one BIG problem here: Time value of money. I rather have that 7'er pot awesome player than a slacky 10+ one. Thinking of selling maybe the only swiss all time great player is sad though :/

yes. if you are in a building team stage and planning to sell your crop of trainees once or twice before really trying to get promoted like I did in hattrick, the guy with high(est) potentials that are too tall for their position might should be avoided. but you could sell all your other trainees and keep your super potential guy and keep training him. I am not planning to get promoted for another few years and don't take much care for the league and results, that way I can train 6 trainees a week... Enough players to sell.
