I know people say you shouldn't buy less than allstar to train but I have had an easy time training a guy at starter level popped several times last season. I am trying to sell him he is 19 still young but don't want him to go to waste on my bench after drafting a better PF with more potential. He won't cost that much nI bought without any other bids for him. He is at low end market value and should sell for that look at his stats from season 7 he played well for me.

Sorry can't do that got hit for a player ad in the wrong place. Sorry everyone for that didn't mean for it to be an ad just meant to say you can buy lower end potential guys and get good results from them.
