you fell through a hole, we didn't anticipate relegation (which didn't actually result in relegation because you were at the bottom), followed by a promotions, which is what went on with you.
You were in IV, lost the relegation, but didnt go anywhere, then was bot promoted. The logic as it was written assumed that meant you ended up in the same division, but of course you were promoted. This is also rare, in that most countries are not so depleted that teams that relegated in the bottom division end up getting a bot promotion. We will look into detecting all these such teams and giving them money and rewriting this code, but its actually quite bit of work, so we might not get to it immediately.
