so if player A plays for 48+ minutes in a scrimmage game would he get full training?
and if he didn't play for 48 minutes but played for 20 minutes and he played 28 minutes in a league game would he still get full training?

Yes, the only thing you can do is invite a lot of people for a scrimmage, but from there on you will have to wait untill someone accepts your invitation. You can always look in BB global (this weeks thread: (85287.1)) for people who are looking for a scrimmage as well.

Just like a league game :) When you look at your schedule you'll see it's scheduled for next Friday (that's scrimmage day in BB), and you can now set your orders for the game.
