If you scout only 1 player a week, how is this possible?
did you do that, or did you just get one scouting point a week if you spend 5k? You have also some basic informtaion, who maybe fit with that too and your scout present the result at the end maybe he works one weak harder and the next one he is fishing.

Where is our location? For example, I play in the U.S. However, there is no clear way to tell WHERE I live in the U.S. Also, all of the players on my scouting list are from the U.S., while I am not told WHERE they live in the U.S. So, according to the game's data, don't all of the players live the same distance from you?
i would argue that you have at least a point where your arena is ;) And i could imagine that there are enough people that they have a high school or basketball club, because luckily they are some fans who come to your game. But i stop writing efforts, is it just a thinkmodel to arrange with the current system - because i don't see much senseful proposes about draft who don't make it to cheap to get excellent informations.
