Top five:

1) P. Kalifoulis(9730241): a very good small forward who started training in his more difficult skills let's see how he gets!

2) I. Mastroyiannis(9730194): a good point guard, 4 pops right now, especially in very usefull skills like defense and passing!

3) N. Zigouris (9730309): a very good shooting guard he started with the right foot his training! with 6 pops since now. We have always to remember that most of those 18 yo are players born in tems that were almost bot, so they lose part of the season since we don't save them, by calling in th nt to let them become free agents.

4)Y. Dimidou(9730350) let's see where he gets, he is popping regulary

5)I won't choose one because the other guys need to develop a little to be considered more than basic players. just to indicate someone: S. Sfaliaridis
(9730198), shows to be a good prospect undertrainig.

18 years old guys is a very wide area, those guys can get lot better with just a couple of pop ups, so guys keep training, we will see what can be done to improve your talents.
as always I invite you to contact me or Steve Makis for any question or suggestion about training: but remember first things will check in your players are defense and shot (jump shot for PG ANd G - Inside shot for C and PF - all of this for Small Forwards) so especially with 18 yo guys focus on those skills and you will surely be considered. good skills wich we appreciate ( near good levels of both shot and defense) are Range and\or passing for Pg and G, rebounding OD and JS for centers and PFs.

I'm back from Poland, not a good result for the italian u20 women team, but we didn't expect too much... but let's talk about Buzzer Beater and the recap of mid-season, here we go with 18 years old:

Guards:

1) I. Mastroyiannis (9730194) of BC teammate -> He's great! He's a true point guard, he shoots decently, but he likes defense and he pass and dribbles pretty good!

2) N. Zigouris (9730309) of Associazione Sportiva Roma SpA -> He's or he was on transfer list and you could saw him. Well balanced as shooting and defense, but he should pop-up his JR and PS skills!

3) Y. Dimidou (9730350) of T.P. Team -> Very important potential. He could be as well a perimetric small forward, we will see his future. Let's continue on shooting!

4) S. Daravanis (9730263) of armadi jeans vi -> Good user for a good player. I hope to see his growth as soon as possible! He has to improve a lot, but he's not so far from 2nd and 3rd place.

5) S. Vekris (9730494) of hawkys -> He's near as primary skills to Daravanis, he's far from everyone as secondary, but potential and a good and interested manager is an insurance policy.

Small Forwards:

1) N. Fanoureas (9730440) of Frente Nazarí -> Best small forward at the moment. He shoot very well, he could be a SG too. He's trained pretty well, but... 6th man potential will slow down his growth in a couple of seasons

2) S. Sfaliaridis (9730198) of BC teammate -> He's trained as Point Guard, but I hope that moti123 will understand in the next season to train him and his shooting skills. Good work until now!

3) Y. Efstratiadis (9730487) of Pistoleroi -> Not a good potential, but for sure better than Fanoureas. He's only a prospect until now, he should pop-up everywhere, than we will see. Let's decide if he should be trained as Guard or directly as forward (PF)

4) I. Mpampatsikos (9730201) of Chicago Boules -> Good heighth to be trained as Small Forward, but Dragibuz hasn't still told me as he wants train him!

5) P. Naurozidis (9730505) of 白鲨 -> He will be a great player? I don't know... Guard or Perimetric Small Forward on his future only if he will be trained so well, he has to regain a lot of waste time.

Inside Players:

1) L. Adamantidis (9730285) of Syntaxer -> He's not a great potential, but he's the best on this position at the moment, so congrats to recep and to his work!

2) G. Prezas (9867279) of Sharpshooters -> He's a little bit far from Adamantidis, but his potential is higher and it grants a better future for him. It depends on Greg House, he's working well until now.

3) Y. Tsamaslidis (9939117) of Espiye Gücü -> 2 pop-ups on 3 weeks! New day, good day for him! MVP potential is very good for an inside player! Continue like that haydar!

4) P. Markoyiannakis (9931033) of for sale as free agent $$$ -> More than 6k as basic wage is a guarantee of decimals. 4 respectable on inside skills as basic level, not so bad!

5) T. Vakalis (9730469) of "U" Mobitelco Cluj -> Bodgan777 try to train Sotos Misidis, but I've never had an answer about him, until he retired... I hope a better future for Vakalis...

We have good Point Guard and Shooting Guard, many of them are not in the chart, but we are very poor inside with 18 years old. I will try to save more inside players until end of this season.
