It's extremely unlikely that you'll ever get an answer on this one no matter how many times you ask.
Or others are just disinclined to check. Anyway, thanks for the reply.

The thing is, in order to get a satisfactory reply, the BBs have to be able to reproduce the problem you've experienced. A temporary page failure like this is extremely difficult to reproduce, and the error message you've been getting is generic.
