yup and its not neccassarily an automatic penalty - the opposition team must predict that you are going to play the same tactic.
think of it like this - In real life, say NBA, most teams know that Team X plays a half court offense, Team Y plays fast running etc.... and very rarely do they suddenly do something different, unless the coach changes mid-season or something like that.
So opposition teams will be like 'OK guys, they play Low post, so we are gonna practice blocking the key at training' - then in game, you would theoretically get a defensive bonus.
so its kinda like real life - and lets say in real life, you play against a team that ALWAYS plays low post, and you are all prepared for it, suddenly they come onto the court, with 3 SG's and play an outside offense. you are toast.
personally im not overly concerned by it, im not even sure ill use it. we'll see how it works in scrimmages.
