Oh no mate please tell me that you haven't used Playoff CT against a team who clearly used CT in his last game!

Are you aware that 15 is the enthusiasm max used by the GE and that there's no enthusiasm update between friday and monday? So what was the interest to play PON yesterday? have you really won all these U21 trophies or did you only set the lineups that a smarter manager gave to you?

U21 and NT team enthusiasm goes clearly over 15 if you use enough TIEs in the season. You can ask BB-Justin or whoever. I really don't know why I'm teaching basic U21 rules, against Italy U21 interests.

Yes, there is no enthusiasm update between Friday and Monday, so a Normal Playoff in the European Championship Semifinal is a HUGE advantage for the teams who knows basic U21 stuff. Not for Belgium U21 staff I suppose and I'm very sorry for Belgian community.

Of course the enthusiasm can go higher than 15, and that's why it's possible to be at 15 after the friday's update. The fact that you suggest we don't know that says a lot of things about you lol. But from what I know, even if it's higher than 15, the maximal value used by the GE is 15 (maybe it's 16 or 15.9 since 15+ exists).

That's simply not true. In a european championship using TIEs only you can have 17+ approaching a semifinal, and then near 23 playing the final if you use PON in the semifinal. But I don't want to convince you. On the contrary, I hope you will remain on your dumb positions.

But I have never noticed an amazing difference in the team ratings between a PON in a semi played with an enthousiasm <= 15 and a POS played in the final with a virtual enthusiasm around 20.

You didn't look very accurately at my european semifinals: (56811) double PON ----> Final: (56877) ONE ENTIRE outside&inside defense level gained.

But at the end Belgium and his 150 users has a final to play with a great enthusiasm against Spain, 1218 users, while Italy (1174 users) is watching at home. You can say all what you want, this is a fact. Maybe we will lose, because Spain has been very impressive so far (except against Azerbadjan lol) to eliminate Lituania and France and is managing by one of the very best managers in this game (a level higher than you and me). But that won't change the fact that guiguits and his staff have made a great job 1. to build this incredible roster and 2. to lead it to the final.

That's the only part of your post that tells the truth. Congrats to guiguits and his staff. Very impressive with a very small community! As I said before, it's a pity that this amount of talented players are lead by people who, despite an incredible scouting hard work, don't use enthusiasm properly.

This is my last message (I hope ). Good luck for the final! I will cheer for you because Spain is our first rival in the race for the best U21 team in BB history.

Hey Davide,

I appreciate you are trying to teach Joe and Guiguits something new. However, there are 2 ways of doing things. This is something that should be done in private. As Guiguits well knows, i'm not a particularly big fan of his. Especially since what he wrote in one of the mails that he has sent my way. However, everyone makes mistakes, Joe and Guiguits included.

What you are trying to do right now is petty if you want me to be kind and downright childish if you want me to be candid.

All you are trying to do is throw mud at them because you are unhappy of something which has clearly been outlined. However, because of your grudge (cause right now it cannot be described as anything else) you are deliberately trying to drag Guiguits, his staff and by extension, the ENTIRE belgian community through the mud.

Let them do their thing, let them try to beat nations with many more managers. If they end up losing, so be it. i've been critical of Guiguits and i've placed some expectations on his team. You can scroll back if you want to to see it. However, right now you are just being trying to point out every single little mistake. It's just sad to see. I thought the Italian U21 managers were a class act in their own right, be it former or current, just like most of the other nations managers are. Breaking a deal isn't honorable, just like suggesting one is. i've pointed that out before. Take this as you will, but if you've got a shred of dignity, you'll stop trying to pull them through the mud. it's unbecoming of a former U21 manager, let alone someone who is part of the BB community.

should you still not get the hint after this message, then continue the conversation in private messages. If you want to continue your fight, do it privately, not on the fora. I hope this little reminder has made you see some sense.

Oh and Joe, just leave him be. You too are better than this. I know this for a fact since i've seen you play basketball in Brussel with a certain Sum_41. Don't fan the flames.

The conversation between me and Joe was over. You can read back that I wrote "this is my last message". So what's the point of your message? Put other flames on it?

I congratulated guiguits and his staff in multiple messages for the great scouting work that they have made. I think that there is a lack of knowledge in enth managing. We are on BB-Belgium which is an international public forum, otherwise I couldn't write here.

Last but not the least, I didn't insulted anyone. Unlike what YOU did in this last message. You should rethink about what means to be class act managers.
