Right now he is a PG, but he will be a PF when I am done with him :D. I wanted to get secondaries out of the way first, and besides, I have a PG trainee that is close to capping so it worked for him.

projected skills:

Jump Shot 10 Jump Range 5
Outside D 10 Handling 13
Driving 14 Passing 11
Inside Shot 16 Inside Def 15
Rebounding 14 Blocks 2 (secondary pops from ID)

would you change somthing in that?

A little more Range and maybe a bit more Blocking (8 maybe... ), if possible less driving (unless you get it for free, wouldnt waste any training time past dr 10).

unforunately training time isn't unlimited :D I will get driving for free when working on JS (one on one training) and besides, i like high driving on forwards. I would love to have shot blocking around 6-8 and jump range at 7-8 but I am afraid it wont work (full season of JR, 2/3 seasons one on one, 2/3 on SB then I dont have much left for inside skills. I think I will just try to reach my target first and if he is still at decent training age (max 24) and not capped (superstar potential) then I will go for it

That´s what I meant. Don´t do the 2/3 with one and one only but instead mix JS, Range and Blocking, and you´ll most likely be there.

I dont think it is possible. If I get a secondary pop from JR training (I am doing 4 weeks of it now) then I won't have to spend so much time on one on one, but it still is not going to make up for it. We will see how it goes, but for now DR>JR>SB for me. Especially if my IS will be high. I will have lot of time to evaluate and think about it though so it might change at some point

so would you do it now so it doesnt slow other skills, or do it last so it uses elastic effect? :D i am raising JR now a bit (2 probably 2 levels). so far didnt plan to train SB at all. have different priorities but maybe when he is 22-23 and he will still have time....

Anyway, I am very excited by this prospect and happy with the speed that his outside skills are training. Shame he has only superstar potential

Speaking of cross training, I trained on Free Throws this week (due to the 2 game week) and my Power Forward popped in Shot Blocking! Nice one! My guess is that he snuck around the gym and swatted his unexpecting teammates' free throws while they all worked on their technique from behind the line.
