syakir:

Do you have a chance at promotion? If not my suggestion to u is as follows:

1) manage your enthu carefully. TIE games you are sure you will lose and start your trainees
2) aim for 7th place in your conference (if you're sure the person you'll prob face in the plays offs for relegation is a team you'll defintely beat
3) play to win the games you are 100% sure you will win. Eg vs the weakest teams with HCA - normal these games

this way you get to train your trainees and have a good shot at a nice draft next season since you will prob pick 3 / 4 if you finish 7th in your conference. Plus you will get income from the relegation games :)

Also you cannot send a player from a bot team to the TL. I don't know where vandar read that.

Its only BEFORE a team that is managed by a HUMAN turns into a bot (after 6 financial updates w/o logging in) Terfu can do this, by adding the player into the national team

make their own subtitution during live games
By the way, my friend team Wonderer(52769) manager also wish for a live substitution when we are talking about BB in college lol :D

And by the way, PR-manager specialty can also help to win by a-BIT.

Star potential still not so bad la.... quite a few cases of Superstar + potential with 6k salaries stuck in bot teams -_-

This is really encouraging! Reading through this thread was fun and brought me amazement in abundance. Goes to show we have very good potential managers in Div II. You guys are really full of enthusiasm. Really makes me consider dropping down to your division next season. I am only in MBBA by virtue of starting BB in Season 3. I guess if you guys have started as early as I did, all of you would have been giant teams in MBBA while my team would languish in div II.

At the speed that you are developing I firmly believe MBBA would be a very competitive league (not that it is not right now). Due to its competitive nature, most MBBA teams have to somewhat sacrifice on the development of players. In most weeks we have to max out on our starters with little consideration for the back-ups, especially in the early weeks of the season. Not to mention we normally get lousy drafts every season.

This season I am really considering selling off all my top players for whatever price I can get and start focusing on training 18 and 19yo next season in div II. Don't worry, I won't bring along my starters into div II. I missed having players in our U-21. I have already trained Farid to be better than my previous Musa and at the rate Farid is going, he will be even better this season. Hopefully if and when I release him, another team can maximise his potential for our NT.
