I want 5 of those for my team. Thanks :)

hahha fail!
what is your infatuation with 5 players? I'll want at least 8 of them =P

haha, Humans have a limited amount of love, and so better to share my love with 5 than to spread my love thinly over 8 :P hahaha

Improving my OF i have improved my offense without any real cost salary wise, and my observations after 10 seasons on the game, shows that slower tactics if you build them with the proper way, have the edge from the faster ones...

Coulnd't agree more about the OF part, but I don't think any tactics trumps the other, for me it's more like rocks papers scizzors..

I have just bought a potential SF for the future. And i´m wondering how you would train this guy to make him a well balanced SF. Firstly I´ll train his outside skills, just because that´s what I train at the moment.
But I´m thankful for any advise. Problem with this guy is he seems to be quite aggressive and got fouled out on his first match with my team after 33 min. already...

Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

Jump Shot: average ↑ Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: awful
Driving: average Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: strong Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: respectable

Experience: pitiful

I would train OD for the rest of the season. Then rotate between JS and Passing for the rest of next season.

i'd leave jumpshot for the moment and mix up jr and hn (awful!) 1position. jumpshot will rise anyway by synergies

Why do you guys dont prefer more RB when definition for match ratings says that:

Rebounding: Center and power forward weighted heavily, small forward somewhat heavily, both guards medium.

RB is very expensive salarywise and you have to do some compromise, especially on the 3. As you´ll have to defend decent Guards as well as Forwards on the 3, I think OD and ID are the skills you have to raise to a top level. With anything else, you have to decide what is affordable and needed for your team.

Ok, but will not give a rebounding a payback in this? I mean if team rating rise by 2 levels just for 10-20k p/w more on salary, it can make a difference. Especially when SF is quite easy for RB training.

Its all about time, there is never enough time to train everything u want to on a SF so u have to make sacrifices. Your rebounding rating may be higher but your team may perform better with more shooting and defense.
