Well I will try and get the weekly salary up to the floor, but I thought it best to trade out my 26 year olds whilst they were still worth some coin, rather than let them rot on the bench whilst I rule the ABBL with my latest additions to the roster.

Incidentally one of them (26 year olds for sale) was leading rebounder in the ABBL last season

Better late then never my buddy haha.

Interesting i dug further back and looked at the old league tables and season 8 you won III.6 to promote and went 18-4 in the reg season and i went 17-5 and with home court in the same conf in the semis you took me down 109-84. Thats when things went pear shaped for me for about 10 seasons im still cut :-p

Did I ever mention how many teams here are ex-III.6 teams? That league is an amazing Spawning ground for talent.

III.6 Champions
Season Team Now
18 Mmmm Donuts Division II Division II.2 went 17/5 last season.
17 Viral Infections Division II.4 14/7 last season.
16 Home Axis III.5 been on a journey of tanking and training.
15 Melbourne Redbacks Division II.2 went 17/5 last season.
14 VictoriaMages Division II finalists twice now a bot.
13 Melbourne Goldfish ABBL
12 The Victorian Allstars Division II.4
11 Chelsea Seagulls ABBL
10 Chumunga ABBL
9 The Victorian Allstars Division II.4
8 Baxter Bogans ABBL
3 Bell Park SuperCats ABBL

So three of the four promoting teams are ex-III.6 teams and add the Bogans and SuperCats and you have 5/16 ABBL teams are all from the same division III.

Random facts
Only six ABBL teams have ever been in division IV, looks like it is hard to climb to the top from the bottom.
Aussie Pride have been in eight different leagues and I have been in seven.
Lewisham Wombats are the only team that has spent their whole life in the ABBL.

I joined in season 9.. Started all the way from division IV as well.

Promoted up to III then II in consecutive seasons, back down to III (tanking whilst training Dell at PG), then back to II for 3 seasons before making it to the ABBL..

Been going downhill since then :)

In total

1 season in IV
2 seasons in III
5 seasons in II (now my 6th)
3 season in ABBL

Nice list yoda! One alteration- I have never been in III.2 I think you meant II.2. Surprisingly this is only my 3rd league after III.6 and II.2 so apparently I stick around. Got my fingers crossed this continues :-p

Sorry tremell my bad. I knew that both you and abigfishy had followed identical paths.

Iwen you have cretainly been on a ride, I can't say anyone has sacrificed more for the training of Aussie NT players than you. You are our farm!

On a different topic. 2-0! More wins already than I had in my entire season last time!
