Yep, D3 is a whole new level. Wish I could speak from experiance, but the Tumbleweeds seem to be this leagues Bridesmaid every season. My wife however, has promoted to D3 twice off of perfect seasons in D4. First time up, won 4 games and was relegated back down, second time up, she won 6 games and relegated back down.
