RiP is far to old to be worth training. You know the saying "can't teach and old dog new tricks" well it applies here. He may however be a great mentor, his experience is above average and would likely help his desicion making.

I wouldn't mind helping out a team with the direction of there team am going to try to help with some of the div 3 teams who are new to the game.
