Ok, thanks for the info. It was something I hadn't heard of yet. Interesting for Guards training plannings. Last question then: What's the percentage of OD increase for every Handling training?

Very, very low. Don't know exact numbers because handling is something most managers don't need to train.

ive posted here before but no one has ever replied and I wanted to see what you guys think....

My Spanish 19 YO that probably has a chance for u21. He has been injured the last 3 weeks but got training in the first week so Ive had to train Stamina the last 2 which hurts him, but hes back now. Im getting JS and OD both to tremendous hopefully next season.

Weekly salary: $ 8 295

Age: 19
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: mediocre
Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: average
Driving: prolific Passing: average

I would try and get his passing up to proficient, and get jump range up to prominent, and give him some one on one training to get handling up to at least proficient. And obviously OD and JS are very important.

yeah next season after I train his JS and OD I am getting HD and JR to proficient and Passing to strong...

Nice prospect. Don't forget working on handling and driving

Passing should go until +- 10 and Rebounding 9 or 10. In my opinion.
