If I'm not mistaken training Od will cause his salary to be highr that if i train JS an JR, so i will proceed with od in the next season.

I'd go with some Passing and JR! But passing is more important imo. At least mediocre.

Here is my trainee as of now he is the only one i am training, mixing 1 on 1 with some OD, JS, and Passing. Next season mostly OD.
