Hello, I am new to buzzbeater, and I was wondering what is the benefit of training my SF and guards for inside defense?

The benefit would be if they are guarding somebody who is going to take inside shots as opposed to outside shots. This could be because of the skills of the player he is guarding (High DR/IS, Low JS/JR) or the tactics of your opponent(Look Inside/Low Post).

It would be a lot more important to give your SF some ID because he has to be able to guard inside and outside.
