The Regular Season comes to an end, so does my ranking list. This one will be the last Ranking List about the III's teams in Utopian leagues. In fact, I will be updating and posting news until the PO finishes.
I only put the best 64 teams, those who finished 1st or 2nd in their Conference, the reason is simple. Only THIS teams may have an opportunity to promote to II without winning their Conference Final. Note that the teams who finish in 2nd place will not promote for sure. For example, my team is the #10 best 2nd Conference team so I need at least 10 1st teams who wins their Conference Finals.
